People are too dumb? Really? Bro its not a glitch, One the turbine acts as a power source to "POWER" The perk machine so you can get the perk ofcourse you keep it when you pick your turbine up. Its not a glitch.

ok let me clear things up this isnt a glitch on buying it yes everyone knows you can buy the perk with power off but once you do that the perk goes dim and wont work till power is on......this is a glitch to keep the perk on and working without having power on or turbine placed.... god do you understand now

Just to say this is a glitch because you supply the perk with power then take the turbine away the perk turns off and you still have the perk working are you that stupid that you have to argue with him in the end he is right it's a GLITCH. Get over it haters!
