Nice find. Gonna try this tonight. To the neysayers; watch the video through. The perk stays lit whereas normally it would fade until the power comes on. This is nice if it works.

OK guys this is a glitch as if there is no power source to the perk usually the perk symbol fades and is not active to the perk machine is re-powered. So for example you buy jug then someone turns the power off the perk is no longer active as the icon has faded.
Some people need to actually know what there talking about before commenting.

It is a glitch.

You have the power off. Them put a turbine next to jug. Then Buy perk. And pick the turbine up when the character burps. the jug will still be there the light will not go out. you will have jug when there is no power.

SIMPLE REALLY TO ALL YOU IDIOTS OUT THERE
