8GB RAM is enough for gaming.
I think the i5 would be good enough for gaming and you will save a bit of money. but yes this set-up would be able to play the games listed

Perfect. You should be able to run all demanding GPU games on that rig on high. (BF3, ARMA III, ect.)

Very good. But I can tell that you are using CyberPower(Well, I'm presuming) which means you are wasting a lot of money and I highly recommend building your own. Head over to r00t's sticky and he will set you up.

i7 has absolutely no benefit to gaming. Hyperthreading is great for video editing however.
16GB's is overkill, 8GB would do fine, but nothing wrong with 16GB.
the 660ti, save money get an i5, and 8GB of RAM. Spend the savings for a 670/7950/7970.
2TB not really needed. Get 1TB and a 128/256GB SSD.
What kind of PSU? Mobo is overkill for you. You will never use all of it's features... ever.
All in all if you wanna spend money and get these parts, but please build the computer yourself. Will make you an expert on your computer, you will feel amazing building it. Not to mention you will spend 1/2 of what you would.
