All all-in-ones I've messed with have been a PAIN to take apart. Clips, security screws, loads of warranty seals, etc... Keep in mind that if your PC is still in warranty, this WILL void it unless otherwise specified by Toshiba.
Yu can just uncrew two screws in back to access the RAM
