I just unlocked all the camos for my Remington Shothgun besides "skulls" and I thought I needed 10 bloodthristy medals but I only got 1 medal and it unlocked gold. So I don't know if it's even a glitch and they just changed because of the difficulty of getting 10 medals. Thought share it with you guys
