This roleplay is VERY strict against rules. READ THEM.

RULES:
NO KILLING POLICE
RESPECT POLICE
NO RUNNING STREET LIGHTS
NO DAMAGING PROPERTY
RESPECT OTHERS
NO KILLING AT ALL
DO NOT PICK UP WEAPONS.
