Is this 'glitch' actually do-able now? I've seen posts about it, but can you really do it now?

No, it's not.. If you look at their video at the top right corner, you'll see their playlist version.. If it's not the same as the latest one (22.213.47) then it's not real.

Both. There is now a way to get the video to load, so that you can start it. But because Treyarch disabled theater as soon as you try to start the video it freezes your Xbox. This could work when they release theater mode again however. Meaning the glitch could be back quite soon. You can load the nuketown clip by pressing A and B at the exact same time when it says 'are you sure you want to load this clip'.
