I just used a keygen to upgrade my windows premium to Ultimate , since I have this computer dual booted I can choose between Unbuntu ( What I am using now ) and Windows 7 , so I choose Windows , it blue screened. I've had past experiences I end up fixing it by logging on and letting some program run , but now I can't even log on because windows keeps running start up repair. Help!

You probably shouldn't have used a keygen. If it comes to worst, re-install windows. If you need help with that visit my topic: Forums/t=4578572/how-to-re-instal...b-dvd.html

SeanyBoy wrote Anyway to install it without a disc or USB? I tried to back it up but it wouldn't do it.you can do a network deployed install with trinity or ghost, or you can download a new image and do a usb install, when/if you reinstall windows you may need to boot your ubuntu/linux install usb/disc and re install Grub as your MBR if you were not using the windows MBR seeing as it may not detect the linux partition after reinstall.

Didn't use USB/CD for linux. Used Wubi.

SeanyBoy wrotei was talking about reinstalling windows on your windows partition either through usb/disc/network to get rid of the BSOD and then either using the microsoft MBR which would most likely got installed over Grub, to select linux or windows during startup or instead after the install going back into linux (ubuntu) and re instating Grub as your MBR.vokal wroteSeanyBoy wrote Anyway to install it without a disc or USB?
