honeslt i think it came from nuketown with the engineer on it so many eastereggs in nuketown to suggest that aswell also that nuketown is duting moon so tranzit is like maybe few days after

It just spawns in behind the bus depot and comes down through that bit of lava on the side, the road goes nowhere its just into the map.
