I have been losing connection to the internet every 5 minutes, and lagging out on my xbox. My mom says our internet is fine..? What do i do!

you internet is generally slow how ever this is a few things you can do to make it bearable
1. Use a Wired connection
2. Make sure you or anyone is download anything on the connection


however i would recommend switching to a better service provider perhaps someone who offers fiber optics [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] and that is mine on a bad day

tell your mum to look up on the internet as she is 100% wrong and probably still thinking its the 1980'S with that poor speed
