is it dangerous in anyway, i can remember reading somewhere that if you stay i it too long you dont wake up or something is this true?

No its not true. If your enable to do lucid dreams when you want you can easly get out them to.

Lucid dream : you know you are dreaming. Meaning you can also wake up when you want.

I would have to assume no, it should be just like any other dream, although maybe if your brain was tricked into thinking of its unconscious state as its conscious and thought it was awake the whole time? I'm not sure haha, but I would say no they're safe.

Whats good to know that when you are dreaming your brain works harder. If your in a lucid dream for 5 secs irl that could in the dream be 5 years fastforwarding. Its verry stressful for the brain BUT not dangerous at all!

I've had 2 and oh god, the first one was so vivid.

The only dangers that could happen would be you have a heart attack from so much excitement and die.
