I unlocked the HE Bolt but i cant find out how to use it! If someone could please tell me how that would be great! Ill rep who ever helps!!

Its just like changing fire modes in game. Do that and boom, HE bolt.

It is just like changing fire modes in game. Do that and boom, HE bolt.
