Usually they are stable but if the market goes haywire will IF prices go up?

Depends on the player, and how rare they are. Or if their in demand.

well If ussaly arnt stable at all...but yes the longer you wait the more the go up...I.E the longer it has been since the got their IF the less and less their are on the market so yes they do go up in time
