Seen as you're getting a 3570K I would recommend getting a Z77 chipset motherboard so you can overclock, a couple suggestions are; the ASRock Z77 Extreme 4 ($135) or the Gigabyte GA-Z77X-UD3H ($155). I would also buy an aftermarket CPU cooler so you can overclock the CPU, a cheap but very good cooler would be the CoolerMaster Hyper 212 EVO (~$35). You should be able to accommodate both the ASRock motherboard and CPU cooler into your budget as you should still have money left.
