Well, Cavani's agent said he'd prefer a move to Arsenal over Liverpool. But, it's just a matter of wages, as Liverpool would likely offer a better contract.

Yeah, he'll get more game time. But Chelsea aren't a development club. They buy players, bring them in straight away to play. Romeu won't play more than Mikel and Ramires.
