I will pay $20 for a background, I want the background in my possession before I send payment.

Theres no need to give money TTG will do GFX for free.

And first of all you should prove some work just to see if he even likes your work before he pays so he doesn't get scammed. not that i'm saying you are but that's what any GFX artist does. when there's money involved. and maybe if he likes your work then he will let you make it for him.

But do it for free its loyal and a good member to do that.

He wont get scammed because I would make it put my watermark,
he would send the money and I would remove the watermark.
I mean I'll do the bg right now but Im not going to do it for free.
