Even if you have perks they wont work w/o the power.

Ok have you guys never used the turbine? The perks DEFIANTLY work if you drink them regardless if the power is on or off. I use perks with the power off all the time.

I do believe that there is a way to keep them if the power is off, I think it's a glitch though =/

In Tranzit when the power is turned off the perks go semi transparent.

If you are near a power source like a turbine your perks are all active again.
But a turbine never last forever and you need to be near it.

You sir are a **** idiot. there is a way to get perks working with the power off, you place the turbine. Drink the drink and as ur char goes to throw the bottle away u pick up ur turbine. Learn ur shit kid before u comment making you look like a ass hat.

I got to round 52 tranzit solo, turned on power around round 34, I could of easily done it.

I have duel shotgun and blue eyes for a reason
