All right ive been thinking like how do u know its u that your controlling yourself and its not a memory or if your actually dead thinking of something lol.....Also how do we know that we are our self's weird right how do u know that your not just crazy and thinking of your life every second... sorry if i freaked u out im not creepy btw

Well let's look at some obvious things that will almost explain but at the same time open doors to more of these types of questions. That's the trouble with philosophy.
Descartes famous quote which states 'I think therefore I am' comes in handy when discussing this.
This means that no matter who you are or when you are somewhere in some form of reality or existence, you are real.
You could be dead, but then where are you?
If a God was providing you with life after death then why would it suspend you in a dream state around many different religions? Your loyalty would surely fade if you remembered the experience after you 'die' so what would be the point?
This could be like the Matrix theory where we are in a separate reality.
Which is entirely possible, but rather unlikely.
These are just questions that you will really only find the complete answer to after you die.
There's literally thousands of explanations.
It's just the problem of picking the right one.
