1) Lenovo Thinkpad T530 16 gb ram, 128 gb ssd
2) Macbook Air 2011 11" 2 gb ram, 64 gb ssd

I also already have a desktop.

i know ill get hate for the comment but if you have the cash and already have a desktop go with the macbook air. Put in more ram and a bigger ssd down the line and it would be the perfect option also if you have the budget for a mac-book air and don't like the look of a mac keep the Intel ultra books in mind.

i have been using mac for about i'd say 2 years now, let me tell you, get the macbook. The apple software & graphics make everything about it great, my opinion, :tiesto:

sorry i didnt see you typed macbook air i subconsciously just typed it in my post but..also look at the Intel ultra books or even the macbook pro the intel ultra book are pretty amazing right now and are pretty decently priced
