I JUST GOT OFF A CHAT WITH A ACTIVISION CUSTOMER SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE AND HE SAID AND I QUOTE "WE ARE GETTING THIS ISSUED FIXED AT THE MOMENT IT WILL PROBABLY BE A COUPLE OF HOURS"

No problem, I got to about 98% and it kept going back to 0%, it's just an server error but the map was officially released this morning for all season pass holders, not sure why it says free, the guy said ONLY season pass holders will be able to download, they will change the free setting to SEASON PASS HOLDERS ONLY today sometime. In the meantime just wait, lol.
