Skream doesn't have huge bass drops, yet he is one of the most well know real dubstep artists out there.

Exorthermic Reaction, for example doesn't really have one, it's just bass throughout the whole song - and that's real dubstep. Low frequency wobles, drum and bass and a 2-step garage sound.

Skrillex is NOT dubstep, but I don't care because I like his music. Just don't call it dubstep, because that's an insult to the amazing genre.
