make sure both consoles are running the same title updates and make sure both have same dashboard
if you have recently installed LINK disable devlink in dashlaunch
theres a few fixes

Thats odd, i know there was the tu8 update for mw2 so maybe you cant connect because of the tu8 update. I have heard man cases of it happening, make sure your RGH and retail are both on the same tu

That's funny because i can still system link. Make sure your jtag's Ethernet cable is plugged into your modem and you retail xbox is plugged into the same modem
