He's saying "Hey how you doing" and also letting you know that the Map pack will be on sale for 800msp on the 10th which is tomorrow. He's also telling you that if you have the Map Pass which is included in the LE of Halo 4 then you don't need to pay the 800msp but instead just download the maps.

Maps drop Dec.10th (Tomorrow) If you have the War Games Map Pass, you download the maps from the in-game marketplace. If you dont, you download it from the Xbox marketplace itself.
