when asking for advice with issues with Windows, it will save you a lot of time if you provide certain key bits of info on not only the issue and any error codes or crash dump/logs etc, but also some basic info about the type of model or manufacturer of your PC, and your Operating system 98/xp/Vista/7/8/ the edition 32/64 bit, home, pro, ultimate, E, Server etc.
The easy way on Windows to find this information is to either open Command Prompt from the start menu or by using Ctrl+r and typing cmd and opening it that way and then using the command systeminfo [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] and either right click and mark and then highlight the print out in the cmd window and copy it or take a screen cap or you can go to the start menu and open control panel then click into system security and then click into system [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] and take a screen cap or just copy/past the info.
