Please ttg i need your help i got hacked an the guy had changed the password and email and i need help finding it out i will donate if i have money

why are you trying to get back the account ? if so you can call Microsoft and they will shut down the account and do a search or something and see if the ip has changed and all that and then they can give you the account back in one to three weeks it has happened to a friend of mine a couple of months ago.

Make sure you find any membership codes you used on the account or any payment details. As long as you have any of those in hand and tell them they'll know the account is yours and let you change the password.
