Okay heres how.

If it doesn't work at first than switch country and do this again, worked for me
For people getting 800ms.
Most of you tried it at first which didn't work but if you switch your console setting to the united states it will work.
Reason why most of you didn't get this to work is b/c you didn't live in the us.
Try to switch it to Ireland.

Rumours also said if you already redeem the code live sent you on the 30th it will work.

all i did was log on and click xbox live marketplace and it popped up saying 0 cost, and i downloaded it, am confused.....

I live in canada and got the dlc for free. I followed the link when i first started up the game that directed me to xbox marketplace.
