That would be awesome, but they would need some good servers to pull that off.

console=32-36 pc=54-58

Would be pretty cool if you could create your own gang and gang colors etc....

its not comin out for PC

for the consoles my guess would be 24 players, 32 might be pushing it on current gen systems
