Im a rookie and im looking for the one that is easiest to use, and the one that is best and most reliable...

First of all, enjoy your posting ban for not reading the rules.
Secondly, this is the Marketplace -- for buying and selling, not for you to be lazy and post spam.
Thirdly, this is something that you could have answered in 5 minutes if you would just do some research.
RGH is the exact same as a JTAG, it's just a different method of booting a differently coded dashboard with the exact same functionality.
I would HIGHLY advise people read and follow rules in here, because they have been posted long enough...if you choose not to follow them, enjoy the IP ban I will give you. If you can't take 30 seconds to read and follow the rules, you can go to another website and be a crappy member there...TheTechGame doesn't need you.
