So, how are you even going to create and maintain the network without any money going to the company? I think it's a great idea, but I'm sure you'll need money to run the network and advertise it. Also, why not have the partner set a percentage of the money that he/she chooses to donate to charity? One last thing, how are you even going to get the network started, including getting the CMS and all the rights needed.

I already have all that sorted, as soon as I get over 40 applicants we can turn ourself into an official network, I have ALOT of money to put into the network.
