It would have been smart to just make a new account and put a 48 hour code on it. Then you would have lost nothing. Also, nobody here can really help you. Even if someone believes you, there is no real proof he did anything, and if there was, no proof to link him to a ttg account. The best course of action for you would be to get in contact with xbox live support and see if they can help you at all.
