The PSU seems a little low, the GPU requires minimum 500w and CPU needs 77w. What would you say?

Is there anything else I need for building the PC like tools and stuff, other than a anti-static wristband?

550w is way more than enough for this build. Never pay attention to manufacturer's suggestions, only the actual amperage requirements and actual power consumptions of the hardware. A 7870 will never draw anywhere near half of 500w. You'd even be fine with a lower wattage quality unit but it wouldn't have enough PCI power connectors.
Also just don't build on carpet and maybe touch your case every once in awhile and you've got nothing to worry about with static. No real need for a wristband.
