For Some reason I can't hear any sound on YouTube the sound is not down its all the way up?

Are your speakers plugged it? or is it possibly muted in the toolbar area?

If u have windows 7 click the speaker icon located at the bottom right of the taskbar if u dont see it like on mine click on the arrow pointing up and should be in there

Also see if your speakers are on mute if not check the speaker cords and see if they are still in the back of the computer if none of this works try restarting your computer
