Does anybody know how to give VIP the power to have the flyable harrier on dudeitsbrian's new patch?

Theres more then just copying and pasting avijet in iniVIP, so if anybody could help me I would really appreciate it.

Btw Im pretty decent at patch editing so don't talk to me like I have no idea what im doing

you would need to find the vip options under missions i think and put an open dpad spot for it or something. im not really good at this but you could use trial and error and get it working
