I just recently got started on skyrim and I realized at level 43 that I didn't name my character. Anyway to change it?

yes.

Option 1.
if your a pc user do the following

1.open console using the ` key
2.Type the following "showracemenu" without quotes
3.press finish and name your char.

option2.
if your a 360 user upload your save to here and ask a person to change it for you via the pc.

option 3.
if your a ps3 user, sell your ps3 get an xbox and name your char.

Find someone with the PC version that is able to change it for you.
