I need some input on the best $400-600 computer that is best for the money with these options:
Backlit Keyboard
HD Graphics for Netflix/Youtube
HDMI Output
Above Average sound quality if possible
Black, White, Red, Gray, Silver, or Blue
Acer, Asus, Hp, or Samsung

Are you talking about a laptop or a tower, OP? If you're not talking about a laptop, no pre-built is a good option since they cheap out on every single component they can and have ridiculous pricing making it horrible bang for your buck.

Can't see u getting more then 4gb ddr3 and a low speed dual core for your budget
