Definitely not. It has less power capability than Intel HD 4000 AND it's a HP. Stay away from HP, it's better for all of us.
As everyone says time and time again on this forum. If you want to game properly, build a computer. Don't ask questions about terrible little laptops that have specifications that custom built computers wipe their backside with.
Seriously, if you want to run minecraft on high no problems, you'll most likely need a 630M upwards, and even then I wouldn't be sure about it.
