Yes, and Hart is more than likely to drop below 20k.

anyone who price locks at this time, will be losing money. There are more people selling, than there are buying.. It will end up taking months for their cards to sell, while still having to buy many many more than they are selling.. So basically, price locks won't work!

Yeah, most likely! That's when price locks will be best to do because the prices won't vary as much as they are now and have been throughout FIFA already
