These are fake generic brand Beats. Do not buy them. The wrapping is fake (shrink wrap is wrong material) and the Beats have cheap paint. These were probably made by a knock off company in China. Avoid this seller.

Beats are known for being shiny. And are red wireless beats limited edition. I can't find red ones anywhere.
