I Want to put a new avatar but at the top when i pick one is says "New avatars are inactive pending moderator approval." And i i dont have premium how do i doit please help

Lol. Well I don't know if your new avatar has been uploaded or not. But it just means that they check the avatars to ensure there isn't any sexual or controversial content in it.
