SO, is the SVU Sniper Rifle giving you problems with one-shot kills? If you did not already know, You can get One-Shot Kills in the HARDCORE Playlists and have it count towards your overall ONE-SHOT KILLS with that weapon.
When using the SVU in a regular game, it takes about 2-3 shots to kill one enemy, unless it is a headshot. BUT, By using the SVU or another gun requiring ONE-SHOT KILLS to level up on cammos, IT WORKS ON HARDCORE PLAYLISTS.
SO, Basically saying, any kill you get in Hardcore-Related game, you will get a one-shot kill WHICH will COUNT towards you ONE-SHOT KILLS.

All you have to do is play HARDCORE TEAMDEATH MATCH. No respawnig time.
