Ok if i buy an xbox from america, then Jtag it, and then i put in a game that is PAL, will the DVD drive read it?

Iv heard freeboot is region free but does that make the DVD drive region free?

I believe it will still work yes. As long as the DVD is flashed. Although I dont see the point in the dvd drive besides burning games on.

First Make Sure The Xbox Is Jtagable You Cant Just Go To Walmart And Buy A Brand New Xbox Lol.

Hmm... but arent the drives universal? Wouldnt this be a MUCH more public problem for amreicans selling outside america?
Iv done so much research on this and all I got was Freeb00t is region free?
