I would recommend the AMD Radeon HD 7850 or GTX 660
The 650 is not worth the money

^that , 650 is REALLY not worth it.
I am on a Sapphire HD7850 and I am happy with it and it ain't that expensive. Go with it if you are looking for the best possible graphics card for least ammount of money (IMO)

I just bought a EVGA GeForce GTX 660 and to be honest I am pleased with the performance so far! I bought the superclocked version and it's speeds are amazing! Plus you can buy it on dabs.com for 175.99 and get AC3 FREE with it too! defo worth a look!

The 650 is a pretty mediocre card. Here are the best options for any budget you might have. You do have to take the free games into consideration as well.
Also what are the rest of your specs? You need to be sure it will work. Especially important is the power supply model number (NOT the wattage).
