Deadly Fishes Custom Script Mods are the best. Go for the highest version out there. I believe it is v3.0

No.

Deadly fishes is terrible he just copies others and puts his name all over it.

He sucks at compiling and creating menus.

And not only that but he charges way to much for ISO discs.
