Make a Euro PSN account and download the Euro version of the game
Log-in to your USA PSN account and launch the EURO game
Once one the Euro game press the Ps button and launch the US game WITHOUT getting off the game
Game reloads with your american accounts characters
Select character and once in game you will have 500 loyalty points and 150 replay badges.
Reload Euro version without getting off game and then reload american version
You will now have 1000 loyalty points and 300 replay badges.

Keep repeating the last steps for as many Loyalty points and replay badges you want.

If your European follow the steps but download the us version, get on euro account and launch us version
