I have an off line profile and save for Forza 4 uploaded, just download both files and install to usb via Horizon etc.... make the account live with a 48hr xbox live code and sent your real account infinite cars as uploaded account has 720 million credits.
As long as you don't buy any cars from auction and don't try send your self unicorns etc you should be fine.
