You do realise these are over exaggerated and ofc bans are auto think how many people it would take to properly monitor XBL. Take a PC Server for example for a 32 man server with like a 300 man community there are usually about 25+ admins which is nearly 10 percent. Imagine that on XBL how many admins would be needed.
