Saints Row 3 IMO, just because I love to screw around more than actually do missions.

gta has a boring campaign in my opinion but online is soooo much fun
sr 3 is such a fun game and is sooo wacky and over the top if you have a friend to play it with i didnt find it too much fun playing by myself
la noire has a good campaign but i got bored of it and once youve done all the campaigns theres no multiplayer :/

id say gta if u wanna play online
or sr 3 if you have a friend who also plays it btw you can complete sr3 in like 4 hours so it can get boring
