I had to make the same decision. I chose Halo 4 and I'm happy i did. I havent stopped playing this game.

Halo 4 is prob the best Halo overall (I Love Halo 2)
BlackOps 2 Amazing Campaign Good Online

Black Ops Has A Lot of Lag Comp That Ruins The Game To Me. Also Has Guns That Are Just To Powerful (FAL,MSMC)

Halo Has People Who Beat You Down Then One Shots You w/ A DMR. Halo Also Has Things Like Mantis and Other Things Like That

Halos Campaign Is Also Amazing!!

halo does win but they're both shitty games of 2012 halo 3 will remain the best :\ but go with halo 4 cause BO2 has like no zombies maps and they're all shitty as it is you can only move like 5 feet through the whole zombies map and the multiplayer gets very irritating

I have both Games they are amazing but i would got with HALO 4 It would be a tough decision though
