They're very legit. They only took about a week and a half max a I remember it. It was a good controller still have it works perfectly fine. I have the master mod v1 good but. I recommend them for future buys also.
They send you a box which is then in a smaller box which says evil controllers with their logo and it has instructions on how to use the mods. Hope you get your controller. If you don't get it within a week call customer support I believe they're open from 9am-10pm?

yeah I order parts from them and do it myself to save money but it usually takes 9-10 business days and they send you a receipt in your email and after you confirm your credit card, so theyre very legit
