Anyways, it could have something to do with a dlc? That's my best guess anyway

might sound stupid but im sure nav cards are a security card that allows you to navigate through certain areas in a building or restricted area i have noticed a few places in tranzit that has a card reader on the door(p a p room in bank)has anyone explored these as there is 1 window upstairs in bank that is not broke and light is on could there be a link...

i think for the bus because theres rumers saying that thers a servate bus route so they might program the bus driver to go another way i dont know...
